I have been a fan of Fat Guy's since it opened. I'm not a huge fan of burgers but these were amazing! I would crave them and loved all the interesting toppings. But in the past year it has gone completely down hill. I have given it a total of four different attempts at the downtown and airport locations just hoping the disappointing food and terrible service was a fluke. 5 stars I had the sweet caroline burger and chili cheese fries. way more food than I could eat alone. this was my first time here and I can't wait to go back.
FYI this has happened many times and unfortunately have to go buy food somewhere else. I would love to help keep your employees employed with what is going on right now and was going to order some burgers but I’ve tried calling at minimum 5 times for the last 15 mins and every time the line is busy. Then when i do just decide to go there and order, i mention it and I’ve been told they get busy so they leave it off. Sometimes they look puzzled and say ohh it’s off.
