Will never go back to the Broken Arrow location again. They were terribly slow, our order was wrong, and the burgers were not good. This used to be our favorite burger place, now we are going to have to find somewhere else to go.
Told us they were short staffed, understandable- said it would be about 30 mins before they could open. Fine w that too. 45 mins pass and a lady goes back up and asked how much longer. Waitress rudely said LOOK half these people don’t drive so we’ve gotta leave and go get them - that’s at LEAST another 1 1/2. called today to place an order was on hold for 20 minutes. hung up the phone is still busy hours later. second time this has happened. love the food but this location in Broken Arrow has terrible service. they lost a customer tonight. don't recommend
My wife and I were excited to go eat at our favorite burger shop downtown, we ordered to go and and there was no wait and they weren’t busy at all... we were excited to grab a couple orders of the new item we had ate once before Sweet potato waffle fries... worst experience we have ever had... our waffle fries were burned and over cooked, and the peanut butter on my wife’s peanut butter bacon burger was the size of 2 quarters and almost non existent... literally will probably only go to the 81st street location anymore as th... read more
At tonight at the downtown location there was a rude black butch working there. I see why there business isn’t as good as it was months ago

Great food. But some of the staff were openly not wearing masks. Gross! Too bad behavior like this will cause restaurants to close.

(The Greenwood location)The rest rooms were very unclean (not to mention the latches were busted to the stalls in the ladies room). There were no paper towels or tissue in the men’s or women’s restrooms. Several someone’s had used the bathroom tissue in the ladies room for paper towels-which made me think the paper towels had been out for quite awhile.
