I normally don't write bad reviews but the job this person did assembling my burrito was so bad I had to warn others!
I ordered my food online not long ago, at 7:17 p.m. I'm sure it wasn't busy before I showed up, and they told me to wait. I arrived at 7:27 p.m. I thought when you order online, it's ready in around 5 to 10 minutes, but they were busy talking to each other and were on their phones when I arrived, before other people did. Regarding the food, she failed the first time because I didn't ask for cilantro on that order, but thankfully she remade it. The food was really bad and not clean. The staff worked very randomly and disorganized. Definitely not a pleasant experience
The food was very oily. I ordered a ground beef burrito and it was dripping grease everywhere. It wasn’t sauce — it was oil from frying the meat. They don’t drain the excess grease after cooking it. The portion of the “Huge Burrito” keeps getting smaller, and even the rice — which is cheap — they barely put any. To make it worse, the food arrived cold. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
