RecommendedFast and courteous service
My regular doctor was closed early on Friday. The office recommended I go to Faster Care. From start to finish it was close to two hours maybe a little bit more. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. They did chest x-ray and tested for the flu as well as normal diagnoses that need to be done. Their waiting room is full and they move people through quickly.
As always... great care. Great staff. Quick attention and on my way.
Compared to other urgent care facilities in town this has to be the best all around! Care, cleanliness and billing are all top notch!

I love going to Faster Care when I have something minor going on! Always in and out within and hour with a wonderful staff of techs, nurses, Stacy Merritt and Dr Lecher! BUT I went there 5/28 and again 5/30 for sinus infection. I was a little disheartened that my favorite providers (Stacy and Dr Lecher)were not there and had to see the new NP Donnie Freeman. I do not recommend this place because the staff is rude and unprofessional. The nurse practitioners are rude and unprofessional. The wait time is way too long and the time spent with the so called healthcare providers are less than 10 mins. The nurse practitioner Donnie Freeman is the worst. He did not give me a chance to ask questions about a medicine that he prescribed to my child. He just rushed out the room. This is the quality of healthcare in Sumter, South Carolina very mediocre.
