This company sold us a Dodge Durango with a blown engine. We were not aware because they said the battery was just dead but they would charge it and make sure it would pass smog. We drove the car a block before the check engine light came on. We immediately called them and told them about the problem. They basically told us it was an as is sale. We spent more money to fix the car thinking it was just an O2 sensor when we got that fixed the check engine light came back on about three blocks after driving it away from the repair place. We took it back and they told us the engine was blown. After fighting with them for almost a month they finally agreed to take the car back and give us a $1200 credit towards another car (although we paid $2200) and we can pay the difference on a down payment and they would put us in another car for $2000 down. Still needing a car we agreed. We had to come up with an additional $1500 to get into another car with $318 monthly payments. They told us the new car was only $8000 but by the time we signed the paperwork it was closer to $10,000. I was told by the sales rep that the next payment would not be due until the 15th of the next month because of all the additional charges. I was called a week later informing me that my payment was late, there was a $50 late fee. When trying to explain the situation the representative was very rude and unwilling to work with us making us take the car back until the payment was made. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. The car the sold us runs like crap, the trunk doesn't close, and the check engine light comes on and off randomly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Exceptional Service! I am a single mom and I was traveling on freeway 15 coming back from LA to Las Vegas with my two little daughters and my car broke down. The most professional and exceptional tow service I've ever had was from Fast Towing. I've never used them before but a friend recommend I should call them not only because of the service but the price. They not only treated me as family since the moment I called them but they were caring and helped me out while it was a hot day they assisted me and my girls not only with my vehicle but with bottles of water. Not to mention that it only took them minutes to come to my rescue. Shortly after I was on my way back home safetly.

Deborah W. The WORST company I've ever, ever dealt with!!!!!!! Our truck was stolen from our locked garage in Mesquite, found in North Las Vegas & unfortunately towed by Fast Towing to their impound yard. Trying to get the truck out of their hands made US feel like the criminals instead of the victims. NEVER EVER call these people if you need help. They are totally heartless & RUDE!!! I would give then 10 NEGATIVE stars if this web site would let me.

Fast to ripp you off I am giving fast towing of Las Vegas one star because I cant give them a negative five on this review. Over a year ago my atv was stolen from the back of my pick up. A few days ago it was recovered by the LV township constables office, but instead of calling me to come and get it they called fast towing to tow the trailer that it was on to there impound yard in North Las Vegas. Metro contacted me the next day and told me were it was. When I called fast tow they told me that the cost to get it out would be $400.00 dollars. Although I was a crime victom they treated me as though I was a criminal and refused to budge 0n the cost. The constables office ended up paying the bill. But when I went to retreave my stolen property they were very rude to me and refused to help load it on to the back of my pickup without a $67.00 dollar fee wich they dropped a little bit after one of there employies asked them to because he knew that my girlfriend and I could not lift it as heavy as it was without a forklift. The owner of this fine bussiness sat in his office like a coward and would not make his self availlable for discussion.

Great service My car was stolen and I found it 2 weeks later down the street and it wouldn' t run. I called Fast towing at 12:45 at night and they were there in 10 mintues. They guy was extremely nice and was even cracking jokes while he got the car on the flat bed. Very good servce and friendly people make me want to go back to them again.
