This was a really great experience. I've never had a PCP that ask me about myself before we talked about my medical issues. I felt very comfortable.
My wife has met her max out of pocket, yet they keep charging her a copay. They told her a deductible is different than a copay. She isn’t stupid! She has a $0 deductible. When she mentioned that to them, they said a copay is different than her max out of pocket. Again, she isn’t stupid! They say insurance will reimburse her if she in fact didn’t have to pay. THEN they said they do see she met her max out of pocket, but she still needed to pay. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!! I told her that they are obviously just money hungry. The ... read more
