Mindy and her staff are some of the most genuine and caring doctors/nurses that I've had the pleasure of encountering in a good while, they're very respectful and understanding. I requested her to be my new primary care physician as well.
This visit was supposed to be his physical after turning 18 and nothing was done except making him wait and rescheduling it for June. You could have made a phone call if it was an inconvenience for you.
Great experience with primary care , surprised to find within an urgent care facility! I went to the Cedar Ln. office in Knoxville. My provider; Mandy, has been focused on my personal health issues and finding solutions. She has never treated me as a number. Very professional and very kind staff
So My husband took me here for a check up since I had cough/sore throat/headache and dizziness, when it was my turn a pregnant lady there looked annoyed, irritated dont know why but not only that when she asked me to do a covid test I said yes, she shoved the sticks so hard into both my nose and shoved 1 stick in back to my throat moving aggressively and walked off like she was mad.
