When I went to my appointment, the doctor said to call and let them know to send the prescription to the farmacy for when we moved. The lady at the desk refused later, when I called, to inform the doctor to send out the prescription. I have called now three days in a row and it goes to voicemail. I will have to drive there to talk in person. Horrible service. Never go there.

I can not express the disappointment I feel towards this clinic. There have been several problems and annoyances that I’ve chosen to look the other way for, but I’ve finally come to the decision that this is a very incompetent and unorganized clinic. They do not pick up often which is a huge problem because they very rarely return missed phone calls- billing, front desk, the nurses or the doctors.
