Very professional and friendly staff. The Doctor is honest and on point...he explained everything and asked if I had any questions or concerns.
Dr. Waqar made me feel at ease about the skin issues I was having and now my face looks amazing after we came up with a custom plan catered just to me. Thank you Farmington Valley & Dermatology!

I first met Dr Sabrina last January 2016. From the time I walked into the office I was received with 2 of the courteous people Tammy and Joel. They greeted me and checked me in fast and took me to a observation room where I soon met Dr. Sabrina. One of the nicest people I've met. I felt like I had the worst skin condition. She calmed me down and I will never forget those words she said in a kind tone, " I will fix you" meaning my skin. I had a preventative procedure done, using a topical ointment. When I went to CVS, they said the bill was $600. CVS, to their credit, advised me to appeal to the insurance company for approval. This would have lowered my bill substantially. YIKES! What a hassle. I delayed this wrestling match for a few days. Much to my surprise, CVS called me back a few days later and told me that Farmington Dermatology spoke to Anthem, and negotiated approval. Payment was less than $25.
