Worst medical provider experience I have had in years. When I scheduled this appointment, they asked us to arrive 15 minutes early. We were 25 minutes early. Front office staff was rude and had no idea what to do with my insurance. They claimed it was inactive and wanted to reschedule my son’s appointment. We scheduled this a month ago, and I took him out of school early to be there, not to mention my insurance WAS active. I refused to reschedule. They offered no assistance. Horrible service. The manager Patricia is extremely rude and lacks empathy.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER OFFICE. To start off the receptionist in this office are rude. Unfortunately I’ve never received my insurance card and they were quick to threaten to cancel my appointment. My PCP made it clear as to what services were needed After scrambling to get an old picture of my card so that my appointment wouldn’t be cancelled the doctor saw me late looked at my problem for 10 seconds drew a circle on a paper and the visit was done in less than 3 minutes. Love this office! Caring,compassionate and professional. Recently had a Hydrafacial from Carissa. She took time to explain what she was doing and I came out glowing. Felt refreshed and my skin was very soft. I highly recommend this office to everyone.
