We have lived at Farmingdale Apatments for three years. We enjoy the amenities here. They have a very nice swiming pool and exercise room. The staff is very professional and all maintenance is done in a timely and professional fashion. The apartments are modern and remodelled on a regular basis. The cleanliness and well kept grounds add much to provide a welcoming and safe environment for both singles and families alike. One would have to look long and hard to find a better rental value.
My family will go there soon ! ~:)

Farmingdale is a safe community with private access for both building and underground garage. I have been here 2 years and although the properties are dated, the maintenance crews are working harder than ever to update all of the interiors and exteriors. Farmingdale is by far one of the most serene places I have ever lived.
One of the reasons I live in an apartment, is so I don't have to do any maintenance. Farmingdale has taken care of all of my maintenance needs always, in a very timely manner. Even when they are short staffed. The maintenance crew always explain to us exactly what they are planning to do, how long it will take and when I can expect it to be done.
