Remove the Black Mold from underneath apartment 7619-103 so the next Renter does not suffer loss of smell and taste. This sick building made my family Ill. Where is our Security Deposit that we paid over 10 years ago. You refuse certified mail and won't return a call. I'm sending the same to the "Investment/Owners". RecommendedAll is good here...so glad we moved more room nice and quiet. We are enjoying the neighborhood..Stephanie and Audrey are the best.
We moved here in Nov 2016 & love it - office & maintenance staff are great to work w/ - very professional & personable & helpful. Place is kept very clean & landscaping is lovely. Wonderful outdoor pool & indoor fitness center. Billing is easy but if I have any questions or need any help our office mgr walks me right thru it. Apt bldgs. are set up in lovely neighborhood that I enjoy taking longs walks thru. Stores & library & churches close by, easy to get to.
I moved into a Farmingdale appartment on Dec 19 and am very happy here! It's a great place to live :)

"The response to my request for plumbing issues was handled expeditiously and professionally by James. As I requested when I made the appointment for maintenance services, James called prior to coming over, and I couldn't imagine anyone completing the work in my bathroom and kitchen with more skill and efficiency. He knew exactly where the leaks were, proceeded to remove and clean the pipes, make the necessary repairs, and put everything back together. I have lived in Farmingdale for nearly 4 years now. I love and appreciate the feeling of safety and the serenity. It is also awesome to know that maintenance is only a phone call away (24 hours)! They serve us as if it is a pleasure to do so. The current office staff is phenomenal! Please don't change them! We love Audrey, Kelsy and Erica!
Horrible experience. Farmingdale Apartments... nightmare. Beware of refundable holding deposits $500.
