The flowers that I ordered from you for my wife's birthday came today. I must say that I am thoroughly and utterly disappointed. Never have I seen such garbage. I would have done better to go to my local Publix grocery store and pick out flowers. The flowers were mashed, smashed, wilted, and falling apart. I would appreciate a FULL refund. I will never order from you again.
I have always had a wonderful experience both sending and receiving from Farmgirl Flowers. Only one time did the flowers look rough but that was a shipping delay issue while in transit. Farmgirl sent out another shipment at no cost and they were gorgeous like usual. Everyone always raves over them. Thank you for creating the most elegant bouquets to be shipped to the east coast!!

Simply put - one of the highest quality and beautiful arrangements I have ever purchased online (or anywhere for that matter). I love fresh flowers....and I’m happy to be able to do my part in supporting this business. The packaging was gorgeous and really felt like personal touches were captured in assembling this bouquet. It was so convent to be able to just trim the stems and pop the arrangement in a vase!!! Very well done!! (Ps the vase in the picture is mine)
