Owned and managed by the Jefferson County Truck Growers Association, BFM is both a wholesale and a farmers market. The Market houses more than 500 farmers and vendors on its 49 acres of land, 33 of which consist of only produce, making it the largest market in the State. Besides an array of fresh seasonal vegetable and fruit available on daily bases, the Market also features Alabama pecans, candies, and specialty items from the Heart of Dixie. The market is open daily, year-round.

One of my favorite places to go during the summer. Great place to just roam around.

I have heard about you guys, and can't wait to visit. Coming from Athens, Al, I'm definitely looking forward to visiting during my *birthday week*, that's coming up. Wanted to do something different, turning 55, I think I will start here.
Very clean
Love the local fruits and vegetables and we really enjoyed going to the Alabama Farmers Market. We bought watermelons , okra, tomatoes, squash and other things. The only thing I would change is organizing the event a different way parking was terrible and the booths were scattered and why were the food trucks so far away from each other? Overall it was good.
Love it. So much fresh produce to chose from. Will be back!
