This office is negligent and unethical, between raising rates without warning, inflating driving records, and a lack notification of qualifying discounts. They don't have your back when you file a claim and will only return your phone calls when you want to terminate your account. Why? Because they keep 40% of your premium as commission. Go with ANY insurance agency but Farmers, especially this apathetical office.

Diane has been handling our insurance for years. She has been very good at explaining the various options and cost associated with the coverage. I am getting ready to sign up for Medicare and Diane has already gone over the best options with me and will walk me through the process when I sign up.

Asked for some help with my expiring policy and ZERO response. Customer service is kind of important, ignoring your clients is not a winning formula, pathetic!

Diane Adams and her team have been so helpful with my insurance needs. The staff is very kind and personable and always take time to explain all of my options. They are always there for any questions or changes I might have with my policies, and respond promptly to my requests.

Increbile service. Diane and her team really do a good job of focusing on the needs of the clients. If you are having trouble finding a good insurance agency go with Diane Admas Insurance, you want be disappointed.
