Phil did a very thorough inspection and provided great easy to understand comments. He was very helpful pointing out issues and explaining them and politely answered questions we had.

**** is very awesome man. Doing his job perfectly and accurately. He covers all aspects and details of the inspection, and gives a very clear explantion for every deatail. He did inspection for me more than one time, and I was soo satisfied with his work. **** ****** charge too much. I tried before him with other inspectors, but they didnt reach 60% of what **** did every time. I highly recommed him for evreyone whod like to get his property inspected.
