I wish I could bottle ****'s attitude, super to work with. Great inspection company. **** is super knowledgable and friendly, gave us a thorough, documented report that found many things that would have gone unnoticed. Highly recommended.
We were very happy with Phils inspection of our home. He was very thorough, friendly and great to work with! The home was new construction and, even though you would expect the house to not even need an inspection, **** found a lot of items. We spoke with him while he was on sight and he explained the items found answered all of our questions. His report was detailed with lots of photos We both highly recommended him.
Absolutely wonderful! We met Phil while he was inspecting our home that was being sold and hired him to inspect the home we were buying. I would use him over and over. Very thorough and put our mind at ease when it came to some repairs that were noted. 5 Stars!!!
