I was present during Phils inspection. He was thorough, comprehensive and methodical, answering my questions throughout. The written report was as thorough as it was understandable. Highly recommended.
Mr. ******************** was prompt and very easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing and what he saw in terms I could easily understand. I feel very confident that my one year inspection on my new build home was very thorough.
