I came to this doctor with a urinary concern. The doctor more or less wanted to start off with major invasive testing, and did not want to bother starting smaller. No bedside manner. Told the doctor I had already had a urine test at a medical clinic days before, which they called about. Nonetheless, they took another urine test. Then after I was charged in full by the doctor, several months later, I received a bill from Quest diagnostics, charging me another $225 for the same urine test! Absolutely horrible experience. And as many other reviews are stating, everything here is about money and scheduling unnecessary exams. I took my dad to the office 4 days ago, paid out of pocket just because they don't accept his insurance (which is fine, we needed someone ASAP), and even though he had his labs done somewhere else a week prior, they still couldn't tell him anything unless he does it again. Tried to schedule an appointment but the receptionist was rude and unprofessional and was aggressive by speaking down to us. Would not recommend this facility based just on the difficulty making an appointment and the lack of professionalism. Beware.
I am VERY pleased with the care I received from Dr. Nowzari and his staff. I had a very painful kidney stone that he addressed quickly and professionally. He prescribed the medications I needed for pain and then arranged minimally-invasive surgery to remove the stone, which went smoothly and as expected. He also recommended the Urolift procedure for BPH. I am so grateful I took Dr. Nowzari's advice for that too, which he performed in his office in a 1 hr out-patient procedure. Care given was below common medical practice.
Would not reccomend. Dr. Nowzari wasted my time and insurance by scheduling follow up that literally lasted 5 minutes and could have been addressed in the appointment prior. Only discussed one treatment option but in medical record stated multiple options. Was not attentive and made me and my spouse uncomfortable. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was unacceptable.

Dr. Nowzari is an outstanding doctor with a very good bedside manner indeed. My insurance provider was dropped by his practice about a year ago, but, happily, I could switch to another provider which his practice does accept: I am back with him, and I am very happy about that. Dr. Nowzari has a fabulous way about him: he puts his patients at ease and is very clear in his diagnoses, and the approaches he suggests. He is a very good doctor.
