Stopped into the Tuttle store today looking for a hard to find item. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly by Tami. She spent a great deal of time helping us find what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!

Dishonest and only focused on getting your cash It has been made clear to me that this jewelers and the people that work for them are flatly dishonest, and seem to be willing to do anything to get to your wallet.

Not customer friendly – Be careful when you pruchase anything here. Personnel are snooty, and you can't return anything after 7 days, even during Christmas. Prices seemed high. Did not have a great buying expereince and my wife was treated badly when she tried to return a gift bought 9 days earlier...it's Christmas people, get real.

Not my style.. Hmmm where to begin... I have been to both locations.. Live near Dublin so we do go to tuttle more, however I have been to Polaris as well..
