I wanted to correct the record with the posting from Ms. Erin R.First EGL is referred by some American Jewelers as the EASY GRADING LAB not Easy Grading Scale, those jewelers push IGI as "certified" you can see those products at Sam's Club, all the Sterling Stores such as Kays, JBR a Jerrod's Osterman's and the all there other names as well as Walmart and many many more jewelry providers. Dishonest and only focused on getting your cash It has been made clear to me that this jewelers and the people that work for them are flatly dishonest, and seem to be willing to do anything to get to your wallet.
Not my style.. Hmmm where to begin... I have been to both locations.. Live near Dublin so we do go to tuttle more, however I have been to Polaris as well..
By Far the Best My husband and I have been customers of Farahs for a few years now and we will not go anywhere else for fine jewelry. Ripoff Artists, Sleazy Scammers, Typical Mall Jeweler Wanted to have a diamond reset at the last minute. This diamond had been in 2 settings previously and it never cost me more than $50 to reset. I called Farah and the man on the phone bragged about how great the jeweler is. I went in and they took the ring. Came back out acting like something was wrong with the diamond and it couldn't be set. It would be very 'dangerous' and it was a 'big job' and would cost $350 TO SET A DIAMOND INTO A 6 PRONG SETTING. What a joke I Stopped into their Dublin store 2 weeks ago and was surprised to see they didn't have the selection their website claimed, they talked bad about other jewelry stores, and where kinda rude. I'd take my money somewhere I'll be respected and not lied to
verragio rings does anyone know the average price of a 1.50 carat verragio ring in the paradiso collection? the person on the phoine wasnt much help.
Great Customer Service! Brian, I'm pretty sure that the website only links to the designers that they carry. I'm sure they would love to stock all the pieces that each designer makes, but unfortunately that would be extremely expensive for a small business to undertake. I found a verragio piece on thier website that they did not have in the store, and they ordered it for me. 10 days later they mounted the diamond for me while I watched. I could not have asked for better service.
