Overall, my experience at Doctor Farag Dentistry has been very good. She is very caring and professional.
Going to the dentist is usually not something you look forward to and might even regret. All those feeling go out the window when visiting Fr. Farag’s practice. It’s warm, welcoming, clean and enjoyable. All of the staff welcome you and make you feel like you are about to embark on a spa day. Everyone is very professional and caring, from the staff, hygienists and dentists. I have been a patient of Dr. Farag since she began her office in Hoboken and would never switch to another dentist. They are all great.

I called to make an appointment and was told that I couldn't make an appointment unless my insurance card specifically said "Dental" on it. I explained to the woman on the phone that my Aetna plan stopped issuing separate insurance cards for dental and vision. We are now to use the same card for everything and she wouldn't believe me. I asked her to run my group and plan ID number and she wouldn't. She refused to accept anything other than a card that had "Dental" written on it. Today was a simple teeth cleaning. Robin was extremely detailed and thorough. Good council on maintenance and things to look out for. As always, the office staff is the most professional. Felt very safe the entire visit as well.
