I have been a client of Farag Dentistry for over 10 years and have been treated by Dr. Farag, Dr. Mahmoud, and most recently by Dr. Zachary. All of the practice members are professional and take the time to put you at ease. Dr Farag and her team and a caring and personable group. They take time to get to know each patient and provide a thorough check up and exam.
Dr. Farag and her team were professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. I was given a detailed explanation of the effects and experience of the treatment that I ultimately received in my jaw to help with my intense TMJ and jaw clenching. I was nervous. You can always count on superior service and high quality work done with professionalism from the doctors to the entire staff.
I came in for cleaning and i was told that i need to reschedule because i did not fill the form before coming. I took a day off my busy agenda and cane home with no cleaning. They just did x-ray. Why they could not finish today??? Then i went to reschedule and they told me there is no availability until October. Also the receptionist was very rude. Very disappointed
We have been with this practice for over a decade and it has been a great experience so far.
