Wrote my name on the waiting list had nobody waiting but the waiting list show 2 people in front of me. They ended up helping 6 people in 30 minutes before they called my name. She sat me down to get me ready for a shampoo then she received a phone call from one of her customers who wanted to cut their hair in half an hour.
