Very dissapointed w/the review I just read - been a faithful customer for years along with several friends, co-workers, even my boss - have never received anything but excellent service & results from this establishment...EXCEPT for one worker there in particular - I wont even stop there anymore if I see this person through the window. I wouldnt be surprised if "Kat S" was serviced by this person. Dont judge a book by its cover and DONT judge a whole salon by the work of one singled out hairdresser. Connie is awsome. She always treats my mom with so much kindness! Thank you doesnt seem like enough. My mom has never gotten a bad perm and I have never gotten a bad hair cut. Everyone there is so nice.
I got a hair cut and 1st time color and the manager did a great job. They were all very friendly and made sure I was comfortable while I was there for a long time!! Go and get your hair done there it was great!!

I walked in with beautiful, sily hair and walked out with a burnt over processed disaster. I wanted a Wash, Cut, full highlight roots retouched, style and blow out. After getting me in the chair they said that they would only have time for the highlights and I would have to come back tomorrow for the cut - needless to say after the damage done to my hair I chose not to return for the cut. I now have an overly frosted look that did not match my previous highlights and my hair is so ratted that I can barely get a comb or a bri... read more
