Got a color today.. Left with hair color all over my forehead and around my face which is just sloppy. When the appointment was done their credit card machine broke which I understand but they couldn't fix it and then proceeded to ask me to please go to my bank and take cash out and gave me no discount, coupon, nothing, after I went 15 minutes out of my way with color all over my face.. Awful customer service and sloppy work.

Love getting my hair done in New Richmond by Emily. I trust her when I don't know what I want & she has always delivered! And I love the fact that even when it's been a few months, she remembers me & what's going on in my life. Great customer service
