I would again like to thank Alexa. Via a double dog dare, I went in after 10 + years to have my hair professionally cut. It can be daunting to trust your personal appearance to a stranger, especially after several disappointments over time. I was welcomed at the door, and seated right away with Miss Alexa. I'm sick of the new practices. Three hair cuts and no one checks to be sure that each side is the same length.
Stephanie did a great job on my hair. I was over due and a mess. She took my frizzy blonde mess and made it a nice mocha color. I wish the purple would have stayed. After two washes it seem to be gone. � I would recommend Stephanie to anyone! She listens and does a great job.

Had my wedding hair done by Stephanie with no trial appointment. I had brought in a halo/headband hairpiece that I was afraid would be difficult to incorporate into a style. I went with all of her reccomendations and couldn't have been more pleased. She did an amazing job and my hair stayed in place all day even though it was raining that day.

I called a head of time asking if they could specifically shave a basic design on my sons head. On the phone she said absolutely. Now If they couldn’t do it I understand and I can go elsewhere however since they said they for sure could do it I trusted them. It looked horrible! I have honestly done it better myself at home (which still wasn’t good) I felt so bad after I left because all I could do is laugh at how how horrible it looked. AMAZING customer service! I brought a few ladies who have cognitive disabilities there yesterday afternoon. The two stylist did not only a amazing job on their hair but an amazing job striking up conversation with the two ladies. I'm very pleased when I go to a place and they treat people with disabilities so great. Thank you guys so much, I thought I should let you guys know that you are doing a great job �
