Terrible customer service!! Went today for an eyebrow wax for me and my mom. The receptionist and stylist were more concerned about some sort of computer issue then they were about the customers! Felt like we were annoyances. I did get my wax completed then we waited for my mom to get hers done...... we waited, waited and then I asked if they were going to wax my mom's eyebrows. They said yep! Then they proceeded to talk more about the computer issue! We walked out! Terrible! Never will return!

Been twice in the last 7 months , the first time was great . I had a trainee named Kim Castro . She was attentive and personable and did a great job to boot. The second time today was to clean up for a friend's wedding next week . I had Lindsey the store manager. She was a pleasure as well. I highly recommend going here . For any of their stylists .
Got a color/cut today. Best color/cut I think over ever gotten! Macy rocks! ☺️
