I travel from Kewaunee just to have my hair cut and colored at Fantastic Sam's in Manitowoc. I have a lot of gray hairs and the girls do a great job of adding the perfect color and highlights. They are very good at what they do. My mother, sister and son also get their hair done here.
Sarah is the best - does wonders on my hair - I always leave happy and always come back !
