I walked into Fantastic Sams with a hair color in mind and a backup hair color Incase what I wanted was not achievable! Not only did Stephani exceed my expectation but I will now only come here for hair! The last place I went just could not meet what I wanted in a red hair color! But now I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you Stephani! ❤️❤️
I used to go to one of the more expensive salons in town. my stylist started doing my hair exactly like her own. I finally got tired of paying outrageous prices for pitch black hair when all i wanted was back to my dark brown. the first time in walked into Sam's it was a fun atmosphere and Rachel was so professional and asked me what my goal was. it was kind of a process getting my hair from black to brown but Rachel explained everything and made me feel confident that I was going to get what I wanted. 3 years later I'm stil... read more

This was my second time having my hair cut by Emma in Manitowoc. She did a wonderful job. She really pays attention to details and asks if everything is fine.My husband Ron had his hair cut by Stephanie who also does a wonderful job.

I am a fan of Fantastic Sams for over a decade in my home area.. I walked in this morning unaware of color event but they worked me in for a color and cut! I am very pleased and would definitely make that my salon if I lived in this area. Randee had a great personality along with fixing my shabby, faded, hair in a timely fashion.
