Fantastic Sams in Manitowoc is the only place I’ll go to have anything done to my hair. Rachel is the best! She always knows what I want. Besides being the best stylist, she’s a great person.
The stylists are always friendly and creative. I have always been pleased with the results of a color and/or cut.

I loved the service that I received when I got my hair cut and colored. The new owner/manager is awesome and so accommodating. They totally took the time to consult about what I wanted and the atmosphere was laid back and everyone was super nice
