My best friend's daughter had an appointment to get an updo for her senior prom today at 10:30 when they went there no one there was qualified to do it. Why in the world do you take an appointment for something you can not do. Thanks for totally ruining a poor girls prom day.
I have had 2 people style my hair there liked both of them one women and one gentleman would highly recommend this Fantastic Sams
Today was my first time coming to this location. I finally found someone that can cut hair! Draya is amazing with color and also very experienced in the latest trend cuts. I will definitely be back.

I love coming to see Ashley! She always gets my hair the exact color I am looking for. She did an ombré on my hair today and got the bottom a lot lighter then I thought we were able to get. Love love love. I won't go anywhere else to get my hair colored!

I had Draya and she did a cut and highlights on my hair. All I can say is "Wow!" I had some severe damage to my hair as well and she worked such magic. I am so thrilled with the results!
If I could give the Oakdale Fantastic Sams a zero rating I would! We waited for 45 minutes to get a haircut for my son. We ended up walking out without getting his haircut. Are they paid by the hour, because it seemed like both stylists were taking their time so they didn't have to take another person. Last time we went there one stylist was coloring the other stylists hair and we had to wait until she was done. I wish I could do that at work!
I just had full foils done by Draya. She helped choose the correct colors and it looks great. And the best eyebrow wax I have ever had. Thank you
