Deaf lady cut my hair she cut it way to short and the owner (asian lady) said it is my fault because she said a model would have that hair cut. Not the cut i wanted and owner is a complete b****!
Hair cut was fine. I'm pissed about the overcharge. Stylist cut my hair and then blow dried, to remove all the hair clippings and so I could see how to style this cut. Her idea. She did not inform me of the added charge. I called today about overcharge, and it's my mistake I should have known I was going to be charged for blow dry. I would never have tipped her $6.00 if I knew I was being charged for a service I did not want. I told her I was washing my hair as soon as I got home. I will not go back. Long hair in the future.

The stylist assigned to me was incompetent and incredibly rude. I don't see how after 17 years of "experience" she didn't know what a pixie cut was and can't follow a reference picture and simple instructions. I got up and walked out before the scissors ever touched my hair.

Hillary and Julia are the best! Julia has done my hair for years, she's one of the few stylists I trust with my hair. Hillary is amazing with color! I finally got a long time wish of purple and blue hair, and it is amazing! A month later and the colors are still vibrant and beautiful
I am very particular about my hair. I have been getting my hair done by ladies who have been cutting for many many years. However, Hillary by far cuts my hair the best that it has ever been cut. In addition, she has done an amazing job with my color. I will never go to anybody else. You are a Rock Star.
