I had a really good experience at this location. I went in there wanting pink hair, and I came out with amazing results. Kim was the best and I’m glad I found a new hairstylist. She took her time and even stayed over two hours to make sure my hair came out perfect. She was very particular about everything and I loved it. It’s hard to find a good hairdresser but I found mine. Thank you so much Kim for your hard work and dedication💕💕 I give Kim 10 stars!!!
I went to get my hair done.. I wanted a blonde with a brown shadow root. They put toner in my hair which turned it a Greyish color, not blonde! And on top of that my roots are now black. I have never felt so insecure in my life, after fantastic sams I hate my hair and the way I look.
They chopped my hair off and all to pieces. And it looks nothing like or close to the picture.
I went in to get my hair cut and styled the lady proceeded to check my hair for lice or nits which I feel is very rude just because I have a beard don't mean I have things living on me plus I am a professional salesperson then she proceeded to cut my hair to bangs and gouged my hair line I usually wear my hair in a professional way. It was a bad enough cut that my wife said she could have did that for free. I have never used sams and I will never use them again.
They definitely took care of my little princess today! Very friendly and made sure my baby was smiling!
