Walk in no one in there and indicated had booked appointments. Never experienced this over the years. Said been doing since COVID. Well I have been in several times in a Monday since COVID with people sitting in the salon and always able to get in.
RecommendedKamarra Barnett has always done an outstanding job on my hair anytime she has done it! Today we did highlights. Love it!

Tonya was extremely rude and unprofessional. My son is autistic and fearful of haircuts, we have gone to Fantastic Sams multiple times to get his hair cut and have always had great experiences until this time. She saw my son and immediately made a face and said "we'll see what we can do." Miranda did so good with my little boy. His first hair cut and she was soo nice and friendly. I definitely recommend her!!
I highly recommend Amanda. She has 15yrs of experience and she actually takes her time and specifically cuts your hair to the desired style you ask for. Thanks hon for fixing my hair!
