Recommendedwent there to get my lil boys hair cut and the lady that did it, did an AMAZING job not only with his hair but how she handled him! he's 2 so getting him to hold still and let a complete stranger get close him isn't gonna happen but she was kind and patient. overall great and amazing I belive her name was Vanessa really tiny

My son went in for a haircut and it turned out to be horrible! I was not happy for him to come home and hair uneven as can be!
Showed up to get my 3 year old's hair cut, no appointment, worked us right in, He hates hair cuts, all previous haircuts were traumatic events. The girl who did the cut went above and beyond in keeping him calm and engaged. to the point she was in the floor with him. he was smiling pretty much the whole time. I was so pleased that it went smoothly i got out of there with out getting her name. can you please tell me what it was so i can book with her next time. and make sure she gets another thank you.
5 cars sitting in the parking lot before you open but can’t take a minute to get the 1st 3 people in and take the names and numbers of the other people in line? THEN TAKE YOUR PHONE CALLS AFTER. Pretty simple concept but like other reviews you don’t care about your customers.
Went for cut and color husband paid and what I got wasn’t what I wanted , my scalp is damaged and my hair is so fried that I can’t style it.... very unsatisfied. Instead of explaining that they didn’t know how to do what I wanted they proceeded to color hair.
Unless you like to sit in their waiting area and be ignored, don’t bother. Took my son in around 4pm, said there was 2 ahead of me. That’s fine. One guy decides not to get his hair cut, so now we are 2nd in line. Woman ahead of us gets in chair to have hers fixed from the cut she got a few days ago. Took 10-15 mins. She leaves, then the stylist gets on the phone for 20mins trying to figure out how to transfer the commission from the original stylist to her. Gets off the phone and goes to the back.
