"Incompetent" sums it up. Been trying to get a home inspected for 2 months and still waiting for them to de-winterize the house. They only care about doing anything when it's the fiscal year end. This is our government at its best.

Dear Fannie thanks for making my families dream of homeownership not happen. You failed to treat the mold issues and never will. I hope the next people that go for this house find out how bad it is before their whole family gets sick. Cant get a contract to save my life. Appraisal is done home inspection is done. We even have final approval from underwriter yet we have no contract. Its been nearly a month. Also dont know who title and escrow is still

My husband and I placed a full offer bid on a home that Fannie Mae accepted and then turned around and revokd the bid due to their mistake how can you be so cruel to people this was a home for my family and you took it away from us!!
