Love this place. Kim was so helpful!! She always waited on us with anything we needed. They got us in without setting an appointment for all of my girls because we had a horrible time at David's Bridal. She has always remembered our name and the other staff was awesome as well!!

We ordered all of our bridesmaid dresses at the same time to have them all the exact same color. They steamed the dresses and sent them out just to find three of them a totally different color blue than the rest of them the day of our wedding. I also was leaving town after the shipment had arrived and they couldn't find a dress and called later saying they had found it. It was completely a struggle throughout the entire process and their website was very inconvenient when ordering the dresses for the bridesmaids out of town.... read more

So pleased I took my daughter to Fancy Frox. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The service was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter found her perfect prom dress. Would highly recommend this lovely shop.
