I am so happy to share a review of an honest business owner. I brought my 16” 1/4 karat diamond pendant necklace that I purchased 6 years ago in Bloomingdale’s into the store for a new clasp. After a couple of weeks of back and forth it was acknowledged this necklace was lost.
