Went to Famous Hair for the first time and got a good trim and a beautiful blonde balayage!! The service was great and so welcoming. I will definitely be back!!
I went to Famous Hair in Simpsonville a couple of weeks ago for a hair cut. I had a great experience, and received a great hair cut just like I asked for! The management and the other ladies are very nice and attentive to your wants and needs! Great hair salon!!
I have came here several times, and I will say that since the management has changed I have had wonderful experiences. The team in the salon seem to have a great skill set and are extremely nice and friendly. There is no awkward silence, just conversations and laughter. Melody is an excellent stylist!
I went in for a trim asked for an a-line style. I ended up losing 6 inches and part of my color was cut out as well. She stated that she had never cut hair as straight as mine before and said my hair was going to look choppy due to it being so straight. I've never had a stylist use the texture or lack there of as a reason of the way my end result was. I'm more upset that I lost 6 inches when I only wanted a trim.
I just had an extremely bad color experience here. My hair is spotty and the blonde is underdeveloped. I tried to get corrective color through the district manager who hung up on me. I have contacted corporate and am awaiting a response. When a stylist does not color hair to the specification of the client, they should rectify the situation. Great Staff of Ladies! You made my daughter look and feel like a princess for her prom.
The Ladys who works there are doing a great Job and are so friendly. Its always a pleasure to be there. I especially love Kiwi she is really good
