Poor service! Several servers walked by us & didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we were sitting at the table. I had to finally say something to get some service. I informed the waitress that we had been sitting there for 15 minutes & have yet to get acknowledged & we’ve saw several servers walk by. She admitted that she didn’t even see us sitting here (she, too was one of the few to walk by several times & didn’t even see us). Even saw a few walking around with their cell phones out. This place use to be so good and it's went down hill so much over the years. After trying Sweet P's in Knoxville nothing compares to it. Every other bbq restaurant always slathers the chicken in sauce. Not a fan �
Every time we go see family we stop here. Good food and service. Wish we had one in Savannah. We always would go to the one in Wisconsin Dells and loved it.
Second visit, only for the food. Understaffed on first visit, led to some alarming incidents, but this visit, on a Saturday at 2 pm, was much nicer. Still Understaffed, but slower crowds, and the food was still phenomenal.
Went there yesterday for our son's 8th birthday like we always do. We let the hostess as well as the waitress know it was his birthday. We were seated quickly and the waitress took our drink order and then our food order. My husband and son shared a full rack of ribs, I ordered the devils spit burger and our daughter a kids burger. Well my burger was burnt to the point where I couldn't even taste the devils spit sauce. My husband's and sons ribs were also burnt black at the end.
