Ordered togo.. We always order the brisket burger only to get told that you no longer have that. So we order the regular and ask for it to be cooked mw and med. I got the mac and cheese as my side. Needless to say when we got home to eat not only was our burgers way overcooked but my mac and cheese was dry and nasty. I love the burnt ends and sweet cornbread muffins. Great service. Very friendly staff.
Food was good, service was terrible, just terrible, from the moment we walked in. I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely terrible service was, very disappointed. With the cost of the meal, I get better service at McDonald's.
First order ribs, fries were cold. The second order was cooked so hard that I could hardly eat only part of the ribs.
I had a totally different attitude towards Bar-B-Que. It's a southern staple here in Tenn. The only experiences I've had here wasn't near as amazingly delicious as my first visit to Famous Dave's! OMG the corn was plump, sweet and so juicy! The ribs were fall off the bone but now I understand what "smoked" means. The chicken was moist and the brisket was tasty enough I didn't really smother anything with the sauces I experimented with.
