Waited about 45 min to be seated yesterday and waited for a server for about 10 min before we left. Very disappointing.

RecommendedLove what Famous Dave’s is doing for Veterans with a free meal. And, after living in Texas I still love Famous Dave’s beef brisket better. You seriously have to try it !!

As a military family, I am so glad to hear what Famous Dave’s is doing tomorrow to honor veterans! We love Famous Dave’s for a lot of reasons, but this makes us happy every year. The restaurant is committed to serving vets and I wish were in town to go enjoy a meal tomorrow! Went last night with our daughter and son-in-law. Ordered onion straws as starter. They tasted like left over and refried dried garbage. Dinner was worse. Hubby order burnt butzz sandwich and got burnt ends instead. I ordered turkey and they forgot gravy. Son ordered ribs and got no sauce. Daughter ordered catfish and tenders. They were skimpy and over cooked dry. They spent $60.00 and left totally unsatisfied. We were just as disappointed. Lousy service. Took two hours for dinner and it wasn’t even busy. Excellent Food and Service
My friend and I went in to the Chattanooga location today. The parking lot was busy. They told us it would be 15 minutes, that came and went. Lots of people left, most others were seated, including large groups, but my party of 2 still waited. After about 26 or 27 minutes we were invited to sit inside. When we got there, after another 5 or 6 minutes, I noticed that there was AT LEAST 5 open tables just in my view alone. That many open tables but no one came to sit our party or another man and woman who had also been waiting ... read more
Worst worst service and staff. Never going back again. Supervisor and staff should be replaced.
