Famous Dave's has two House sound men. One of them is burned out, doesn't give a shit anymore, and is just showing up for the paycheck. This guy leaves the mics on in the monitors but pulls the faders down for the house mix when the musicians aren't playing. That's usually good form, unless you forget to turn them back up again.... which this guy does -\-\ a LOT.
