It's the best I've had so far with the exception of Press's barbeque in San Jose when I was a kid. A little pricey but beatsArmadillo Willy's hands down. Probably will still have to travel to Oakland to find real southern barbeque. But this was surprisingly good.
We traveled from Sacramento as we sampled thier ribs in Reno. The service was excellent and the General Manager was so friendly. We loved it as we are coming back tomorrow night for dinner!
I made reservations for surprise get together for my husband's birthday with family and friends. I was told that my guess could be seated at 6:15 even if my reservation was for 6:30 I was told it would not be a problem at all. Disappointed to find out that my guess was waiting to be seated my surprise almost got spoiled for the inconvenience. What is the point of making reservations. The food is excellent. Stuff members are professional. Highly recommended.
Service is lousy! Took long to be seated & there was only a few people in there! Towards the end of eating not so great food, I like up & see so much dust! I probably ate some of it! Ewwwww! When we were done eating we saw a couple walk out from waiting too long w/o paying but later got stopped by a waitress! I used to love coming here but not any more!
