RecommendedFood was great but service was slow. Manager brought out the wrong order for me and then server brought mine and a duplicate for my husband. Overall good experience though
Can’t go wrong with the ribs or beef brisket !!
Food wasn’t that good my daughter who is a year and a half her corn dogs had raw batter on the inside the soda was flat and our server had very poor service won’t be going there again.
Ac was blasting way too cold. Asked several times to lower it as we were freezing... no response. Celebrating a birthday told the server. Never brought a candle for the cake or acknowledged. Dirty dishes were never cleared, very disappointing service.
Delicious food but HORRIBLE service.
They have fabulous food, don't get me wrong. But the last couple of times we were there, the establishment was so cold...extremely cold. So cold that was trembling and couldn't enjoy my meal. We told the staff that as soon as we received our food, it got so cold. Now we all know you need bar- b -q hot out of that kitchen. We had an awesome waiter considering it was very busy for an early Weds. evening.
