Love Famous Dave’s we have dinner here frequently. We had a large group service was consistent and waitress was friendly and thorough. We all pretty much ordered the same thing, ribs with two sides. Meat was tasty and delicious, the sides were great too.
We had a less than good experience. Food came out for most but not for two at our table. When we finally got our waitress everyone else had finished eating. She seemed surprised that she hadn’t brought out the food. She said she would take them off the tag as if she was doing us a favor. She gave a half assed sorry and when I asked for some sort of discount for her poor service she showed her anger and came back with a $10 discount and kept glaring at us every time she walked past us.
