This place is fabulous! We’ve been coming to Famous Dave’s for years because it’s our daughter’s favorite restaurant. A lot of the staff know us and they always greet us whenever we come in. Our daughter is a special needs child and the staff is very accommodating to her needs and they are always so sweet to her. Tonight, they went out of their way to make our dinner great because we haven’t come in recently due to some of our daughter’s heath problems. Ordered a feast for 2. Asked for no cole slaw asked for Mac and cheese. 2 separate orders 2 separate says. 2 same screw ups. Come back and get it wtf. So I can get home and just eat Mac and cheese. Carry out service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

The managers and waitstaff were absolutely amazing. They very attentive. Never had an empty cup and went beyond what was expected. Great food!
The bbq pulled pork salad was amazing. The waiter was very attentive to our needs. Not one bad thing to say.
Last night I came in ten minutes before closing to order some food at the bar, the bar tender was extremely rude and I ended up leaving without food.. very disappointed.. I called the manager who was very nice and she said she would take care of me next time I come in! She was very kind!
Hubs loves this place, he would probably eat their more is it was closer.. we eat out on weekends sometimes, but customer service isn't very good! Even when he calls his order in and all we have to do is pick up, the ladies are rude and take forever to get you the food and its sitting right there... other then that good food...
It was an awesome birthday dinner for my fiance, and friends ! We all enjoyed the food, and the desserts ! Service was also great!
Maybe, "It's okay" is still being a little too nice. A BBQ place that throws more chicken, dried out, dusty chicken at that, than actual smoked pork/beef? Kinda says something negative right off the plate...yes, pun intended! Corn on the Cob was mushy to say the least and had an extended visit with the porcelain god a few hours later. (Turns out, I wasn't the only one in hour party.) Smokehouse Pitmasters should NEVER go chain!!!
