Just finished eating here with my family and as always it was great. We sat in the bar area because they were pretty busy and the bartender did a great job. He was quite busy having to deal with many tables by himself and making drinks at the same time and he juggled everything in positive way. The food was great, but what made this meal even better was seeing the bartender provide great service under the circumstances.
I’ve used Famous Dave’s for several years to cater events from 5-50 people. Every single time they’ve never let me down. This last time was a small get together and my order was just a little bit off and they fully rectified the situation beyond my expectations. Great food and GREAT customer service. I will always use them and highly recommend this amazing BBQ!
Do not order lunch to go thinking you can just pop in and grab it. To go counter is rarely open so you have to go to the bar. Bartender will leave you standing there while every person in the bar gets taken care of, drinks get made for servers or whatever. Called the restaurant after I left, without my food, and proceeded to get argued with over the phone. No apologies, just excuses. Very poor customer service. Won't be back.
Not the best BBQ I've ever had. My girlfriend ordered brisket and it was tough so she told the waiter about this. 2 people at our table ordered brisket and it was tough. The point of the BBQ is to slow cook to tenderize... The waiter brought 2 more servings of brisket. One was tender and good and my girlfriends order was tough a second time. I hate to hear the dissatisfied reviews with the Colorado Springs Dave’s BBQ. I would recommend this restaurant, Hands down anytime. The best food, costumer service, and great catering for your super bowl party. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
