Slow service is an understatement!! My brother in law order last night for a pick up order for today at 5pm. When he arrived he said they acted they had zero clue about any online order. We have been waiting for over 2 hours now for our food! I understand it is a holiday (Father’s Day) in the middle of a pandemic but really?!?! Two hours and we are still waiting!!! Don’t give this place your business. Customer service is awful, staff was rude and they think it’s okay to not fulfill orders because they are busier than normal. If you take an order several hours before pick up time and take payment then that is a commitment. Keep your commitments
